Company Secretary/Manager of the Philippine Region

Job Duties are listed below:

• Fully handling our Filipino clients as well as seeking new clients from the Filipino community;
• Ability to lead a team and take full responsibility;
• Must be fluent in English and Tagalog;
• Handling/Managing basic accounting for clients;
• Preparing statements of accounts and assisting in the invoicing;
• Filing and maintaining company records and ledgers;
• Coordinating with clients regarding company accounts and company records;
• General consulting;
• Negotiating and entering into contractual agreements with clients;
• Managing office space and property and dealing with personnel administration;
• Overseeing public relations and aspects of financial management;
• Other ad hoc matters may be required.
